This petition is filed seeking direction to respondent Nos. 2 to 4, to forthwith register F.I.R. against the concerned accused persons named in the complaint dated 3.3.2015 as well as mentioned in the statement dated 2.12.2015 recorded by the respondent No.4. 3.

Mrs. Deshmukh, learned APP, on instructions, makes a statement that preliminary enquiry into the allegations made by the petitioner is being conducted at the level of Anti Corruption Bureau. She further submitted that appropriate decision would be taken within a period 1/2

28 wp 3973 of 2016.doc of 15 days from today and would be communicated to the petitioner immediately thereafter. Statement is accepted. 4.

In the light of statement of learned APP, the grievance of the petitioner would not survive at this stage. Petition is accordingly disposed of.
