P.C. :- After hearing the matter for some, the learned Counsel for the parties in unison, submit that both these appeals can be disposed of by directing the learned trial Court to decide the suit pending before it in a time bound manner.

In view of this, and the fact that the suit is pending since the year 2013, the learned trial Court is requested to expedite the hearing of the suit and to dispose of the same on its own merits in accordance with the law, preferably within six months from the date of receipt of this order. Till then, the interim order passed by this Court on 22.01.2014 shall continue to operate.

It is made clear that this Court has not examined the merits of the matter and all contentions of the parties are left open.

Both these appeal from order stand disposed of accordingly.
