After arguing for sometime the Learned Counsel for the Applicant seeks withdrawal of the above Civil Application for intervention filed by the Applicant in the above Petition. The Civil Application is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn. If any independent proceedings are filed by the Applicant to challenge the bye-laws / corrigendum, the said proceedings would be tried on their own merits and in accordance with law.
