Learned APP on instructions i.e. by way of a communication dated 13th January, 2023 from Special Public Prosecutor, Thane (MCOCA) submitted that, in MCOCA Special Case No. 13 of 2012 wherein the Petitioner is an accused, the prosecution has examined 10 witnesses as of today and remaining about 6 witnesses are yet to be examined. That, next date of hearing of the said case was scheduled on 20th January, 2023. 2.

In view thereof, the grievance of the Petitioner in the present petitions does not survive and the petitions are accordingly disposed off. 1/2
