Nobody appears for petitioner even when matter is called out again in second half. A.P.P is present for respondent No. 1 and informs that copy of petition is not served on her office. Prayer is to take cognizance of FIR. Concerned police station has already intimated to petitioner that it is a non-cognizable matter.
