Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

By this Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, Petitioner is challenging the order dated 27.09.2018 passed by learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Esplanade Court, Mumbai below Exhibit-'1' in Case No.773/MA/2018 in C.C. No.202/SA/2015.

a) Learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Esplanade Court, Mumbai to decide the Case No.773/MA/2018 in C.C.No.202/SA/2015 as early as possible but in any case on or before 31.10.2018.

b) No order as to costs.
