Learned counsel for the parties submit that the petitioner college has now been granted permanent recognition vide order dated 11.6.2015 and as such nothing survives in this application and the writ petition. They submit that the impugned orders also do not survive. In the circumstances, as agreed to by the learned counsel for the parties, petition is also civil application are disposed of. The impugned orders are hereby set aside. As a consequence, the result of the students who have been admitted to the college and participated in the examination, be declared. The students if declared passed, they be granted mark sheet and degree. In view of this order, Civil Application No. 2908 of 2016 also stands disposed of.
