1] This is an application for further modification of the condition of attendance.

By an Order dated 30th June 2015, the condition of attendance was already modified by this Court and instead of attending the Investigating Agency on every Sunday between 10.00 a.m to 12.00 noon, this Court has directed the applicant to attend the concerned Investigating Agency on first Monday of each month between 11.00 a.m to 1.00 p.m. 2] After perusing the record, this Court is of the view that the said condition need not be further modified.

3] Application is accordingly rejected.
