1] The issue pertains to inter-se seniority between Petitioner and Respondent No.4. The said issue can be very well gone into by the Respondent No.2 - Education Officer under the provisions of Rule 12 of the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Conditions of Service) Rules, 1981.

2] In that view of the matter, if the Petitioner makes a grievance before the Respondent No.2 - Education Officer with regard to seniority, the said issue shall be decided within a period of four weeks from making such grievance after giving hearing to all the concerned parties.
