The applicant is arrested on 17th May, 2019 in connection with C.R. No. 73 of 2019 registered with Gavdevi Police Station, Mumbai for offences under Sections 465, 467, 468, 471, 420 & 120-B of Indian Penal Code (for short "IPC"). 2.

The case of the prosecution is that accused in collusion with each other prepared false documents of the property at Nerul, Navi Mumbai which were shown to be genuine documents and submitted the said documents to the complainant' s bank for obtaining loan of Rs.1,29,00,000/-. The applicant and other accused were arrested. On completing investigation, charge-sheet is filed.

Learned APP submitted that the applicant is the beneficiary of the amount. Huge amount was transferred to the applicant. She has played active role in the transactions. Fabricated documents were prepared.

The applicant is in custody for more than two years. Investigation is completed and the charge-sheet is filed. The applicant is a lady. Considering the factual aspects, bail can be granted to the applicant.

Hence, I pass the following order:

ORDER

(i) Criminal Bail Application No. 2976 of 2019 is allowed; (ii) The applicant is directed to be released on bail in connection with C.R. No. 73 of 2019 registered with Gavdevi Police Station, Mumbai on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount; (iii) The applicant shall report concerned Police Station once in three months on first Saturday of the month between 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. till further order;

(iv) The order may be communicated to the applicant through jail where she has been detained.

(v) Application stands disposed of accordingly.
