By this application, the applicant has sought to restore Writ petition No. 1180 of 2016 which was dismissed for non-complianace of Order dated 4th April, 2017.

The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that due to inadvertence he was unable to supply spare copy within one week as directed by order dated 4th April, 2017.

The reasons stated in paragraph nos.3 to 5 of the application, in my considered view, constitute sufficient grounds to restore the petition. Hence, in the interest of justice, application is allowed. Writ Petition No. 1180 of 2016 is restored to the file. (ANUJA PRABHUDESSAI, J.)
