1] This petition is filed for seeking direction to the Respondents to transfer the investigation into the CR No.46 of 2015 registered at Rajgad Police Station, Taluka Bhor, Pune to CID Pune or CBI. The said CR is pertains to the theft of the Petitioner's car. 2] Ms.Shinde, learned APP, on instructions, states that said CR is already investigated and charge-sheet is also filed under Section 299 of CrPC. She further states that the efforts are being made to trace the accused and the missing car. 3] In the above circumstances, we are not inclined to entertain this petition and therefore, the petition is dismissed.
