The above Civil Application has been filed for restoration of the above Writ Petition which has stood dismissed for non-prosecution in view of the fact that the arguing counsel was not available and the counsel who had appeared was not in a position to argue.

Having regard to the ground on which the Petition has been dismissed for non-prosecution, in my view, a final indulgence is required to be shown to the Applicant/Petitioner.

The learned counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos.3 to 9 submits to the order of the Court.
