P.C.:- By an Order dated 8th November, 2019, this Court granted stay to further proceedings in RTS Appeal No.470 of 2019. It is the grievance of the learned Advocate appearing for the Respondent Nos.1 to 4 that, due to stay granted by this Court, the hearing of RTS Appeal No.470 of 2019 cannot proceed. He submitted that, by the impugned Order dated 14th October, 2019, the Deputy Commissioner (Rehabilitation), Nashik Division has directed to maintain status quo during the pendency of hearing of RTS Appeal filed therein. He further submitted that, if the said stay is continued till decision of said Appeal, the Petitioners so also Respondents will not suffer with any adversity. 1/2

In view thereof, the concerned Authority seized of RTS Appeal No.470 of 2019 is directed to decide the same within a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of present Order. Till the decision of the said Appeal, the status quo granted by Order dated 14th October, 2019 will remain in operation.
