The Applicants-accused have made this application for relaxation of condition No.(iv) imposed by this Court (Coram: Prakash D. Naik, J.) while deciding Bail Application No.370 of 2021 vide order dated 15/02/2021. Condition No.(iv)is extracted below:- "(iv) Applicants shall report the Nagpada Police MEGHA SHREEDHAR PARAB Station once in a month on first Saturday of the MEGHA SHREEDHAR PARAB Date: 2023.12.21 19:22:13 +0530 Megha 1/2

It is submitted that after completion of investigation charge-sheet has been filed. It is stated that the accused are attending the trial court regularly. They are neither required nor called to the police station for any investigation. It is submitted that this condition has served its purpose. It is therefore submitted that this condition may be relaxed.

On going through the record, I am of the view that this condition has outlived its life. The attendance of the accused as directed in terms of this condition is not necessary for the purpose of investigation. Accordingly, the condition No.(iv) is relaxed. 5.
