(ii)A copy of this order shall be forthwith served on the Respondent by the Advocate for the Petitioner by hand delivery. (iii)The parties and/or their Advocate shall appear before the Industrial Court at Pune on 27th November, 2017 at 11.00 a.m. and after producing a copy of this order, obtain necessary directions.
