The case of the petitioner is that her husband has died while in employment on 12/11/2016. According to her she had made an application before respondent nos. 1 and 2 for appointing her on compassionate basis. However, the said application dated 14/3/2017 has not been decided as yet.

Learned counsel for respondent nos. 1 and 2 fairly submits that the application of the petitioner will be considered and decided in accordance with law within the period of eight weeks. 3.
