By this Civil Application, Mr.S.M. Vidyarthi seeks leave to withdraw his appearance to the Civil Application and N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

911-caf-4709-2016 has annexed notice issued to the appellant. The notice makes an endorsement that Vakalatnama along with his no objection is enclosed so as to enable the appellant to make alternate arrangement.

In view of the aforesaid, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b). 3.

However, Mr.S.M. Vidyarthi is requested to forward an authenticated copy of this order to the appellant i.e. New India Assurance Company Limited within a period of two weeks from today, so that, appellant can make alternate arrangements in the matter.
