1) As the trial of the present case, i.e. R.C.C. No.42 of 2003 is pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Cantonment Court Pune, for last more than twenty years, we direct the concerned learned Magistrate, to expedite the hearing of the said case and to dispose off the same within three months from the date of receipt of present Order, without seeking extension in that behalf.

1.1) It is needless to mention that, if either of the parties do not attend the proceedings before the trial Court, the learned Magistrate will adopt necessary procedure prescribed under the Cr.P.C. for expediting the hearing of the said case.

2) Petition is disposed off with the aforesaid directions. 1/2
