The petitioner files additional affidavit which is taken on record. In the affidavit, the petitioner has set out the efforts made by the petitioner to effect service upon the respondent. The petitioner has also stated in the said affidavit that he will co-operate in the matter of disposal of respondent's application for maintenance. 2.

There is really no necessity to entertain this petition. The interest of justice will, however, suffice if the Family Court is directed to dispose of petitioner's application for access at Exh.30 and the respondent's application for maintenance at Exh.8, or any other application by the respondent in regard to maintenance as expeditiously

The petitioner is directed to place authenticated copy of this order before the Family Court on 3rd December, 2015 along with advance copy to the respondent or the advocate appearing for the respondent.
