Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner. Challenge in this petition is to the order dated 25 September 2017 passed by the Family Court at Mumbai. It appears that in the earlier order which is passed by the Family Court, Mumbai dated 27 July 2015, the petitioner had approached this Court in Writ Petition No.12795 of 2016. The said writ Petition was rejected by this Court by an order dated 18 August 2016. Learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the order dated 18 August 2016 in paragraph 3 would require some clarification. If that be so, certainly this petition cannot be maintained on this ground. In any event, the challenge to the order dated 25 September 2017 also cannot

Pvr 2/2 40wp12974-17.doc be entertained for the reason that it is an order consequential to the order dated 27 July 2015 which was upheld by this court by dismissing Writ Petition no.12795 of 2016 by an order dated 18 August 2016. The petition, therefore, would not require further adjudication. It is accordingly disposed of.

The petitioner is at liberty to take such appropriate step to seek clarification of the order dated 18 August 2016. All contention of the parties on merits of the matter are expressly kept open. (G.S.KULKARNI, J.)
