The Complainant and the Applicant undertake to appear before the Investigating Officer on 27.1.2017. Applicant is seeking prearrest bail in Crime No.210 of 2016 registered on September 5, 2016 for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420, 504,506 read with Section 34 of the IPC.

The counsel for the Applicant and the Complainant have appeared before this Court and made joint statement that they have settled the matter and will appear before the Investigating Officer along with the terms of settlement Having regard to the fact that parties herein have claimed that they have settled the matter, in my opinion, custodial interrogation Shivgan 1/2

919-ABA-2001-2016 of the applicants is not warranted. Hence, in the event of arrest, Applicants be released on PR Bond of Rs.20,000/- each with one or two sureties in the like amount . They shall not influence the witnesses or tamper with evidence.
