In the corrected order, it is specifically held that there is no ambiguity or clerical error other than the one noticed by this court and duly corrected. Thereafter, the order may not have been implemented and abided by the other side. The contempt petition may also have been filed. In all this, the petitioners do not entertain any doubt or do not ever contend that the order is ambiguous or there are clerical errors therein. In these J.V.Salunke,PA

Chamber-CAW.925.2016.doc circumstances, merely because the contempt proceedings have not succeeded, relying upon the order passed on the contempt petition and some observations therein, it will not be possible for me to entertain this civil application. This is not a proceeding in the nature of a review either. In these circumstances, in the event the Solapur Municipal Corporation is not abiding by the order and directions of this court, the petitioners have ample remedies available to them in law.
