Subsequent to the order passed by this Court on 19th October 2018, a personal hearing was given to the Petitioner by the Chief Engineer (Navi Mumbai), wherein, after the hearing, the grievance of the Petitioner was considered and it's request to participate in the tender bid has been accepted. The communication addressed by the CIDCO dated 25th October 2018 is taken on record. In view of the aforesaid communication, the grievance of the Petitioner stands satisfied and nothing survives for adjudication. The Petition is disposed of as such.
