In this petition, there are in all seventeen petitioners. One of the petitioner i.e. petitioner No.7 has withdrawn from the case. Petitioner No.2 seems to be terminated M.M.Salgaonkar Page 1 of 2
(1) wp-457-11+1.doc by the Management and he has challenged the termination before the School Tribunal. The proceedings in that regard are pending. The rest of the petitioners have directed Mr.Ashish Mehta to seek leave to withdraw the writ petition as their grievance is redressed. Hence, the following order.
: ORDER :
a) The writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such except petitioner No.2.
b) Insofar as petitioner No.2 is concerned, he is permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh petition in the event, he succeeds in getting the termination order set aside. All contentions insofar as his case are kept open. c) Civil Application No.642 of 2015 does not survive in the light of the withdrawal of the writ petition and stands disposed of accordingly.
