This Court on 10 April 2023 passed the following order; "1. This Court by order dated 21 September 2021 in Criminal Bail Application No.2187 of 2021 while releasing the applicant on bail inter alia imposed the following condition (iii) The applicant shall not enter the jurisdiction of Saswad Police Station, Pune, until further orders."

2.The applicant has stated that he wants to take admission in Diploma Engineering at Waghire Vidyalaya at Saswad. However, due to aforesaid condition, he is not able to apply for the same. To enable the applicant to apply for the said course, I am inclined to relax the aforesaid condition for a period of four months from today.

3. The applicant, after taking admission in the said College, shall file necessary documents on record. List the application for further consideration on 21 August 2023."

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has taken admission in the said college but in the 11th standard. 3.

Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case, the condition no.(iii) The applicant shall not enter the jurisdiction of Saswad Police Station, Pune, until further orders, is hereby relaxed. In addition to it, condition no.(ii) in the order dated 21 September 2021 is substituted with the following condition;

"(ii) The applicant shall attend Saswad Police Station, once in a month i.e. on first Saturday, between 11.00 am to 2.00 pm till the conclusion of trial."

Interim Application is disposed of.
