Petitioner accused and respondent No.2 complainant are jointly requesting this Court to quash and set aside the FIR dated 22/8/2018 under section 354, 420 r/w. 34 of IPC. 2.

Respondent No.2 is present with her advocate she has on 22/8/2018 filed an affidavit declaring her intention not to prosecute accused and given no objection for quashing of FIR. 3.

Consent Terms jointly signed are also placed on record. 4.

She has reiterated her request today in Court. 5.

Learned APP upon instructions states that the petitioner has no criminal record.

In this situation, subject to the petitioner depositing as costs with High Court Legal Aid Committee sum of Rs.20,000/- within a period of 4 weeks from today we make Rule made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
