Heard Mr.Jaydeep Deo, learned Counsel for the petitioner, at length.

By this Petition, the petitioner, hereinafter referred to as the 'plaintiff', has challenged (1) the judgment and order dated 25.2.2015 passed by the learned Jt. Civil Judge, Junior Division, Khed below Exhibit-5 in R.C.S. No.376/2013 as also (2) judgment and order dated 4.10.2016 passed by learned District Judge-1, Khed-Rajgurunagar. By these orders, the Courts below dismissed the application made by the plaintiff for injunction. 3.

Mr. Deo states that the petitioner Mr.

Suryakant Govind Choudhari is present in Court. Mr.Deo has tendered photo copy of his Aaadhaar card, which is taken on record and marked 'X' for

After arguing the petition for quite some and after taking instructions from the petitioner, Mr. Deo seeks permission to withdraw the Petition. On the motion made by Mr. Deo, Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is dismissed as withdrawn. Order accordingly.
