This is an application for cancellation of bail granted to respondent No.1 in C.R.No.176 of 2016 registered with Dongri Police Station, Mumbai by the Additional Sessions Judge, City Civil & Sessions Court, Gr. Mumbai in BA No.1265 of 2017 by its Order dated 24.08.2017.

Respondent No.1 is an accused in C.R.No.176 of 2016. In the said crime, the respondent has been arrested by the police and after his initial police custody was subsequently transferred to judicial custody. The learned Trial Judge after taking into consideration the various aspects of the matter, was pleased to release respondent No.1 on bail. 3.

Perused the record and impugned order.

I find no error either in law or on facts in the impugned order and there is no need of interference by this Court in it. 5.

Application is accordingly rejected.
