Heard Mr. Kenjale appearing for the petitioner. Perused the petition.

Mr. Kenjale, on instructions, states that apart from the outcome of the process directed by this Court in its judgment and order dated 8th June, 2015, in Writ Petition NO.4210 of 2012, the petitioner having not been re-appointed since then, there is a fresh process to appoint members of the District Forums under the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 in the State. ASWP12513.15.doc In that process which was undertaken and currently under implementation, the petitioner participated. Pursuant to an advertisement, he applied, appeared for a written test and, according to him, he has succeeded therein. He is likely to be called for an interview.

Mr. Kenjale, therefore, says that in the event in this fresh round the petitioner is not selected or appointed, his remedy should not be affected by either the withdrawal of this petition or its disposal otherwise.

Since Mr. Kenjale states that the petitioner has participated in the fresh process, but the result or the outcome thereof is not known, we dispose of this petition as withdrawn. We do not think that any further direction or liberty needs to be granted to the petitioner in the light of the above developments. SMT. BHARATI H. DANGRE, J.
