Considering that the amount of Rs.76,000/- has been deposited in this Court and for the reasons mentioned in the order dated 17/11/2022, the interim protection granted by this Court to the applicants deserves to be confirmed. Hence, the following order :-

O R D E R

(i) Application is allowed.

(ii) In the event of arrest of the applicants-Tushar Rajaram Vaity and Sheetal Tushar Vaity shall be released on bail in connection with C.R. No.1198 of

29.aba.3203-22.doc 2022 registered with Dharavi Police Station, on furnishing P.R. Bonds to the extent of Rs.25,000/- each with one or two sureties in the like amount. (iii) The amount of Rs.76,000/- which is deposited in this Court will abide by the further directions of the competent authorities.

(iv) The applicants shall report to the concerned police station as and when called for.

(v) The applicants to co-operate with the Investigating Officer.

(vi) The applicants shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with facts of case so as to dissuade him from disclosing the facts to Court or any Police Officer and should not tamper with evidence.
