This is an application received through jail. Though this application is registered as bail application, a perusal of the application reveals that the applicant had sought to direct the Special Court to dispose of his application for conducting Narco test or in the alternative to release him on bail.

Mr. Dalvi, the learned counsel for the applicant submits that during the pendency of the application, the learned Sessions Judge has already allowed the application filed by the applicant and the steps are being taken to conduct the test. It is to be noted that the applicant herein has also prayed that the learned Special Judge

jsn BA No.2276_2015 should be directed to release him on bail. The learned Special Judge to dispose of the bail application, if any, filed by the applicant, as expeditiously as possible.

Hence the application is disposed of accordingly. 4.

Copy of this order be forwarded to the applicant through the Superintendent of Jail.
