This application is filed for condonation of 211 days delay occurred in filing appeal. Appeal arises out of a judgment and order whereunder the Applicant is convicted for the offence punishable under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and sentenced to suffer life imprisonment. Since inception the Applicant is in jail. Be that as it may, by making averments in paragraphs 2 to 5, the Applicant has explained the delay. Explanation we find to be satisfactory.
