Heard the learned counsels for the respective parties. 2.

By this application, the applicant / insurance company has sought stay of the execution of judgment and award dated 20th April, 2016 passed by the Chairman, MACT, Pune in MACP No. 991 of 2012 wherein the Claims Tribunal has awarded compensation of Rs.36,66,276/- with interest @ 9% per annum to the respondent no.1 herein from the date of filing of the petition till realization of the amount.

Ms. Snehal Dwivedi, learned counsel for the applicant states that

P.H. Jayani 14 CAF1058.17.doc the applicant / insurance company has already deposited before the Claims Tribunal an amount of Rs.50,94,721/- which is inclusive of interest. Statement is accepted.

In the light of said statement, execution of judgment and award dated 20th April, 2016 passed by the Chairman, MACT, Pune in MACP No. 991 of 2012 is stayed till the disposal of the appeal. 5.

Civil Application stands disposed of.
