The application is moved for extending the time for depositing the amount which was directed as per the order dated 19th April, 2014 passed by the Member, M.A.C.T., Nashik in M.A.C.P. No. 813 of 2007 and also for continuation of the stay granted earlier.

The learned counsel for the Assurance Company submits that due to mistake the amount was not deposited within four weeks from the date Vishal 1 of 2

prod-2-caf-1643-2015.doc of the order. He submitted that the Assurance company is ready to deposit the entire amount alongwith the interest accrued thereon.

The time to deposit the entire decreetal amount along with the interest accrued thereon is extended till 14th December, 2015.

Accordingly the Civil Application No. 3882 of 2015 stands disposed of.

The stay to the impugned judgment and award dated 19th April, 2014 is granted upto 16th December, 2015.

7.

The Appellants to take steps for service on the Respondents in delay application returnable on 16th December, 2015.
