This is an application sent through Jail for bail under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. The record discloses that the earlier application preferred by the applicant bearing B.A.No.205/2013 has been rejected on 18.3.2015 on merits. The learned APP. submitted that after rejection of the earlier application on 18.3.2015 there is no substantial change in the situation. She further submitted that the trial pertaining to CR No.179/2012 registered with Bhayander Police Station, Dist. Thane Rural has already commenced and as of today four witnesses have been examined by the prosecution. She further submitted that the prosecution is intending to examine 15 more witnesses in support of its case. In view of the above I am of the opinion that there are no merits in the present application and the same is dismissed.
