The petitioners were appointed from the scheduled tribe category and admittedly their claims for grant of validity are pending before the respondent nos. 2 & 3-Schedule Tribe Certificate Scrutiny Committee.

Once the claim of the petitioners are pending before the Scrutiny Committee as they were appointed from Scheduled Tribe Category, this Court is not inclined to grant relief of regularization of services of the petitioners and protection of the same. 3.

At the most this Court can direct the respondent nos. 2 & 3 - Scrutiny Committee to decide the claim of the petitioners expeditiously.

As such, the petition stands disposed of.
