This Petition is filed by the Petitioner, a resident of Khopoli making a grievance regarding construction of Respondent No.5. The Petition is filed in November 2013. Thereafter it has remain pending. There is no interim order operating in this Petition. The situation must have undergone substantial change in last ten years since the Petition was filed and therefore no purpose will serve by taking this Petition forward on the basis of fact situation a decade ago. We accordingly dispose of the Writ Petition observing that if the cause remains, it is open by any resident with bonafides to bring it to the notice of the Statutory Authorities, as per law. Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
