The application is moved for withdrawal of the amount which is deposited by the Assurance Company. The learned counsel for the Appellant submits that the applicant/appellant is a widow of the deceased.

In view of the submissions, the Applicant is allowed to withdraw 50% of the decreetal amount along with the interest accrued thereon with the undertaking.

The civil application stands disposed of accordingly.
