By this application the Applicant, who is the original Claimant No.2 has filed this application for withdrawal of the compensation deposited by the Appellant-Insurance Company. 2.

Having considered the reasons stated in the application and the grounds raised in the appeal memo, at this stage, the Applicant, original Claimant No.2 is permitted to withdraw 15% out of the total compensation with proportionate interest accrued thereon. Original Claimant No.1-Bharti Shivraj Patil is the widow of the deceased. She is permitted to withdraw 15% out of the total compensation with 1/2
