Date : 3 April 2017 P.C.:- The learned counsel for the Appellants, after arguing the matter for sometime, submitted that in view of the dismissal of the Second Appeal No.370 of 2016 wherein the finding in respect of Gat No.18 has been confirmed, the Appellants are not desirous of pressing their challenge any further. The learned counsel for the Appellants submitted that Appellant 1-B Ramesh Sambhaji @ Sabaji Londe is present in the Court and he has given instructions to that effect. The statement made is accepted. It is informed that Appellant

The Second Appeal is accordingly disposed of as not pressed. In view of dismissal of the Second Appeal, the Civil Application also stands dismissed.

The Second Appeal be placed on board "For Directions" on 12 April 2017 for reporting compliance as regards filing of the affidavit.
