The above Civil Application has been filed seeking amendment in the cause title of the Contempt Petition so as to give present address of the Respondent No.3. By an order passed today i.e. 30-3-2017 in Civil Application No.9 of 2017, the Contempt Petition has been restored against the Respondent No.3. The Civil Application is accordingly allowed, resultantly the cause title is permitted to be amended so as to incorporate the new address of the Respondent No.3. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from date. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of. On amendment being carried out issue fresh notice before admission in Contempt Petition No.252 of 2010 to the Respondent No.3 returnable on 27-4-2017.
