Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, keeping all contentions of the parties open to be agitated before the trial Court. 3.

Needless to observe that the learned trial Judge is bound to bear in mind the paramount interest of the child in the adjudication of the dispute between the parties. All contentions of the parties on the same are expressly kept open.
