After this petition was heard for some time, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition to approach the family Court requesting the family Court to proceed with the petition under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act and pass a decree of divorce considering the decision of the Supreme Court in the case "Amardeep Singh Vs.Harveen Kaur"1.

The petition is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
