By this application the applicant seeks extension of time to pay the fine of Rs.2,000/- as directed by order dated 28th August, 2018 of this Court.

By order dated 28th August, 2018, the applicant was granted four weeks time to pay the fine of Rs.2,000/- for criminal contempt of this Court. The period to pay the fine expired on 20th September, 2018.

The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) i.e. period to pay the fine is extended by one week from today and the Registry is directed to accept the same.
