It is reported that the Respondent is served and she is present personally in the Court. The Application is for condonation of delay of 33 days caused in filing the Appeal. It is stated in the Application that the Applicant is in custody. He could not immediately contact to his lawyer to instruct to file an Appeal. The Applicant applied for certified copies on 22/06/2023 and the same were received on 06/07/2023. As per this calculation the delay is only of 16 days in filing the present appeal. After getting the certified copies procedure was followed to file Appeal through Advocate and thereafter the Advocate was appointed through legal aid. Shubham Talle 1/2
