No. 576 of 2015 has been settled by mediation and the report has been filed below Exhibit 99 before the Civil Judge, Junior Division, Bhiwandi and accordingly the suit was disposed of on 1st August, 2017.

Mr. Mhatre, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that he has no instructions in the matter, but in view of statement made on behalf of the respondents (the original plaintiff), the petition may be disposed of. The statement made on behalf of the respondent no.1 (original plaintiff) is accepted. 3.

The petition stands disposed of as infructuous in view of the statement.
