We direct the applicant to implead the first informant as party Respondent No.2. If amendment for impleading the first informant is not carried out within a period of one week from the date on which this order is uploaded, the application shall stand dismissed for nonprosecution without further reference to the Court. If amendment is carried out within stipulated time, notice be issued to the added respondent, returnable on 28th April, 2017.
