The relief sought in the above petition is by way of a direction to the respondents to enquire into the complaint of the petitioners which is annexed to the above petition at Exhibit-H which is Advocate's notice dated

Rane * 2/2 * WP-3981-2016 (SR.46) Tuesday, 29.8.2017 20th May, 2016. The Learned APP, on instructions, states that the allegations contained in the said notice dated 20th May, 2016 have been looked into and that the outcome of the enquiry would be communicated to the petitioners within two weeks from date. In view of the said statement, it is not necessary, to keep the above petition pending. The same to accordingly stand disposed of. Needless to state that, the other reliefs sought by the petitioners have not been gone into and it would be open for the petitioners to claim the said reliefs at the appropriate time in appropriate proceedings.
