By this petition, the petitioner is challenging the chapter proceedings initiated under Chapter VIII of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The said proceedings is initiated by issuing notice dated 08/10/2014 under Section 111 of the code of Criminal Procedure. In terms of Section 116(6) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the chapter proceedings stands automatically terminated after the expiry of period of six months. It seems that this period is already expired. The chapter proceedings, therefore, will not survive. The petition is accordingly rendered infructuous and dismissed as such.
